Blema acquires 100 percent shares of US-based company M.S. Willett Inc.

On 04 February 2020, the Leonhardt Group, industrial division Blema Kircheis, acquired US American specialist for transfer and conversion systems M.S. Willett Inc. based in Cockeysville, Baltimore County / Maryland. Uwe Leonhardt has taken responsibility as Chairman of the Board and Sebastian Leonhardt has taken over the duties as Chief Executive Officer.
