Baking Moulds (Panettone)
The baking moulds for speciality cakes (Panettone) are manufactured out of two parts: an outer skirt and a bottom. The tray is processed according to requirements out of smooth baking paper or corrugated paper manufactured from wrapping paper. The material is processed from a coil; the pre-cuts are cut in the machine according to the appropriate format, are wound and glued together with adhesive. The finished baking trays are stacked into each other in predetermined quantity; as a result, the resulting tube can be packed into cartons in a space-saving manner.
