EAS-1 Labeller

Overview

The EAS-1 single spindle labeller is a further development of the successful EAS series for convolute labelling and dividing of cylindrical cardboard tubes.

The fully automatic labelling machine is designed as a cost-effective alternative for smaller outputs with multiple format changes.

Advantages of the EAS-1 are:

Process and function

(1) Tube feeding

Fully Automatic tube infeed via elevator
Buffering by hopper and optionally by storage section
For standalone or inline production

(2) Label feeding

Smooth separation of the label sheet
Double aligned and safely transferred to the gluing unit
Stacking table with lift drive

(3) Glue application

Precise and constant gluing results
Automatic glue refill
Easy to clean

(4) Label application

Label spindle driven by servo motor
Uniformly pressed due to rubberized pressing roller
Double aligned and safely transferred to the gluing unit
Large format range

(5) Cutting process

Reproducible cutting height (±0,2 mm)
Cutting pressure individually adjustable
Swing-type of knife bar (user-friendly)

(6) Off-transport

Mechanical stripping of the finished can bodies
Reliable removal of the waste ring
Can upender optionally
